UTL and P3Dv4 ATC

   This is just a query at the moment. 

I have recently purchased UT Live and last night noticed that I can no longer get the ATC screen up. Is this in any way caused by UT Live? I only ask because I wish to "fit" into the traffic flow both on the ground and in the air.
