Can't register Ultimate Traffic

   I entered my forum name.I entered my flight 1 certificate.
error
it is the flight1 certificate it's asking for, isn't it?
I use FSX-SE but I've seen three different product names.
Ultimate Traffic
Ultimate Traffic Live 2
Ultimate Traffic Live 2 FSX
Ultimate Traffic Beta
How do I find out what I specifically downloaded?
I'm NOT happy
If I can't log into the support forum will I be able to submit a ticket within 30 days for refund if I decide to dump this for Traffic Global?
Purchased on Thursday and have yet to see any airtraffic other than default FSX and the user interface is confusing and the manual very shallow as if it's all self explanatory.

	I am pretty sure I have the latest, Ultimate Traffic Live 2 for FSX I can't register my serial number. Won't accept it. Maybe I attempted the wrong forum.

	Might be best to send a support ticket to Flight1. As far as I am aware there are only 4 versions: UT Classic (original) UT2 UTL UTL2 - currently in beta
