Here is a list of things that I noticed, some are assignments and others are airline info. I had to remove a lot of other notes as they were caught in the beta testing and corrected, good job! This is a list that I did not get a chance to submit. Because of time restraints I did not get a chance to go through the entire schedule. But I will continue to work on it though.
1) Earlier this year Aero California was grounded by the Mexican government over safety issues and it looks like they will be gone for good. 2) Arkhangelsk Airlines rebranded itself as Aeroflot Nord 3) Air Luxor rebranded itself as HiFly 4) Australian Airlines, which is owned by Qantas will stop services in July 2006. 5) In Spring 2006 Phuket Air was sc**pped by it's shareholders. They are planning to relaunch the airline under a different name using B737 on domestic routes only. 6) Air Berlin 146 assignment is more than likely a B737, since AB no longer operates the 146. The flightnumber and times match their website timetables and is not a code share flight, they only code share with Niki, and they do not operate the 146 either. 7) Air Iceland does not operate a 146, flight operated by Atlantic Airways Faroe Islands 8) Surinam Airways A330-200 is operated by KLM 9) Wimbi Dira Airways is misnamed, it is a Chinese domestic operator, maybe Spring Airlines? 10) Mandarin Airlines A330-300 and B744F are operated by China Airlines, which owns Mandarin Airlines. 11) Krasnoyarsk Airlines B733 is painted in Air Union livery. 12) As far as I know Iran Asseman does not have a B737 in their fleet 13) L.T.U. does not have a B737 in their fleet 14) CCM Airlines does not have a B737 in their fleet 15) CR Airways does not have a B737 in their fleet 16) Keystone Air Services is actually Blue Dart 17) Yakutia is actually Yangtze River Express 18) Air Gabon does not have a B757, but they do have a B767 19) Trans Air Benin (Y7) is actually Flyjet 20) BWIA does not have any B767 in their fleet 21) Air Luxor (C2) does not have a B767 in their fleet, they only have A320 and A321. 22) Air Luxor Gb (L8) does not have a B767 in their fleet, they only have A320 and A321. 23) Sahara Airlines (S2) does not have a B767 in their fleet 24) Tacv Cabo Verde Airlines does not have a B767 in their fleet 25) Krasnoyarsk Airlines AN24 is more than likely operated by Sibaviatrans, their partner in Air Union. 26) Coyne Airways does not own aircraft, they charter flights for freight. I have assigned generic white textures to them. 27) Hemus Air ATR42 is operated by Viaggio 28) Birdy Airlines (4V) is now part of SN Brussels Airlines and they use A330-300s in the SN Brussels livery |

LOT Polish Airlines is shown only with its subsidiaries Eurolot and Jetair. The main LOT schedule is missing. This also happened in the previous two(?) updates. I don't know the reason for this.

Correction CR Airways just got their first 737-800 with winglets. They just got it a few days ago. I don't see any repaints for it though.

Correct. See their website.
I think we will need a repaint for this one. Very unusual colours.

Yet again my national carrier is omitted. Bush was right, no one ever remembers about Poland. Jokes aside, someone should look into this, it seems very strange that a mainline carrier's, Star Alliance member's schedules are simply not there (nor of its low-cost subsidiary - Centralwings). |

The LOT data was just so flawed it was decided not to use it. Better to have a clean canvas to import into...

I imported a LOT flightplan. There's one for Summer 2006 on AVSIM.
There's also one for Centralwings Summer 2006, also on AVSIM. If you use the LOT one, be careful not to duplicate the Jetair schedule, which is already in UT. The easiest way is to do the complete import, then deselect UT's Jetair when you compile. I suspect that the comment made by John is an example of how difficult it can be to create the update. There is obviously an enormous amount of detailed work involved. Fortunately, it is usually possible to correct any errors or omissions by importing etc. Luckily we have many eagle-eyed contributors who are only too willing to draw our attention to them . |

Please note, if an airline has been dropped it is for two reasons:-
We are sorry if some of your favorite airlines have been dropped or it seems that the schedule not correct, but at the time we recieved the data the schedules were correct.... |

I'm thinking the Wimbi Dira assignment is the new startup East Line, I have a photo and will repaint. They operat A319s thoug, not A320s. Bellair is misnamed and is actually Star Flyer of Japan and a repaint is available at PAI by yours truly! Cheers Chris

Hi All If you look at the timetable for EGCC Manchester-- Gulf Air (GF) has two flights operating to London Heathrow using an A319 and an Embraer 145. I think that this is a codeshare with BMI. Could someone please verify this for me. Thankyou |

Is there a repaint for the Air France A3Y. Cargo A300? Or is this DHL or something??? The Air France Cargo website says they only have 747Fs so not sure what this is.

I think the AF A300 is operated by Islandflug or however it is spelled. I do not have my UT open so I cannot confirm.

Ok under Air France there's an A300/F4(ABX) that goes between Istanbul, Gatwick, Heathrow and Paris. Maybe it's Kuzu Cargo? Or some other cargo operator out of Istanbul? Then the A300-600(ABY) under Air France goes all over Spain, Potugal, Morroco and Africa. I can't figure out what Cargo operator this is....
Vietnam Airlines A300??? Orient Thai MD-80? Rio Grande MD-80 in Cambodia?? China Airlines A330? |

In the thread listing assignments for the Winter 05 schedules, Hernan stated that Vietnam Airlines was operating a plain white A300. I assume that's still the case? There are some pictures on Airliners.net but they date back to 2002. According to their website, Orient Thai operate 4 MD-80s in a One-Two-Go livery. There's a repaint for the Aardvark model on Avsim. China Airlines' website states that they operate 10 A330s. Interestingly, Rio Grande has the same IATA code as Kampuchea Airlines, which would fit with the country. Unfortunately they are no longer operating, so I don't know whether the planes should be assigned to some other Cambodian airline? The closest match I can find is Siem Reap Airways who fly the same routes as are shown for Rio Grande, but they use a Bangkok Airways B717 rather than an MD-80. Matthew

This is for the Spring/Summer 06 update. I can't find the repaint for any Orient Thai MD-80. My bad I meant Air China A330. I can only find a Posky repaint. is there an FSP repaint? I guess I will assing the Siem Reap 717 for the Rio Grande routes... Thanks! |

Yep, I confirm that as well. Air Europa is gone. The only flightplans on Avsim for for Air Europa is aireuropa_fp.zip from 2003! |
