I think the Aeromexpress is in Aerounion colours but I'm not 100% sure

They are both Aerounion - if you look at their respective schedules, you will see that they all fly to the same destinations and use the same flight numbers. I think that all of the Ryan flights are covered by the Aerounion schedules, so there's no need to assign the Ryan aircraft, but the Aeromexpress flights are on different days to the Aerounion flights.

Does anyone know who is the operator for L.T.U. International Airways 737? Could it be, Privatair?

According to Amadeus.net, the LTU 737 route (DUS-CAG-DUS) is now flown by an LTU A320.

If a 737 was used, I suspect it would have been operated by dba (who own 60% of LTU).

Thanks Adrian,

To stay up to date, I will assign the A320

There is a new repaint for the Sahara Airlines Boeing 767. See the screenshots forum.

Does anyone know anything about Bismillah's B737F? Any pictures?

Hernan

RE:Bismillah's B73F

I've just looked at Bismillah's timetable for this aircraft and it only flies to Dhaka--VGZR. There is another B73F aircraft that also flies the very same route which is operated by Yakutia (Y8) and it also has the same flight number as Bismillah's. Is it a poss codeshare?

Thanks David,

Looks like Yakutia's (Y8) is mislabeled in UT. Yangtze River Express' IATA is also Y8, and they use 733Fs.

Cubana's 752 is operated by Hola Airlines of Spain, but, according to this picture, it is actually a Boeing 737-300. http://airliners.net/open.file/1021739/M/

Although there is already a repaint for the 757, available at AVSIM, I will do a repaint for the 737-300, and I'll use it in its place. That airliners.net picture made that decision for me

EDIT: I already finished the repaint. See the screenshots section

From the 3rd article here:
http://www.weeklyholiday.net/2005/240605/aviatour.html
(dated June 2005) it would appear that the 73F between DAC and SZX is indeed Yangtse River Express, and "Bismillah Airlines will work as the local general sales agent of the Chinese airline" in Dhaka.

I would suggest leaving the Bismillah 73F unassigned, and assigning only the Yangtse/Yakutia(!) aircraft. The flight numbers 7953/4 are the same, and they don't fly this route twice a day!

Also there appears to be a timing problem with UT's Bismillah schedule. Adjusting for the 2-hour time difference between DAC (UTC+6) and SZX (UTC+8), it has the 733 taking nearly 13 hours to cover the 1300 nm from DAC to SZX.

The times in the Yangtse/Yakutia schedule are also fairly impossible: DAC-SXZ in 1h10 and back in 5h50, unless you assume that they don't take the time difference into account (i.e. all times are Chinese time). Then you get a much more realistic 3h10 and 3h50.

The Shenzhen airport website http://www.szairport.com/doce/flight/i_cargo_l.asp also appears to list all times in China time only. It gives the schedule for the Dhaka cargo flights as follows:
Y8 7953 SZX-DAC 1210-1625 = 4h15 (if China time only) or 6h15 (with time diff)
Y8 7954 DAC-SZX 1730-2030 = 3h00 (if China time only) or 1h00 (with time diff)
Bear in mind it's the monsoon season in Bangladesh, with strong winds from the south and west, i.e headwinds when flying to Dhaka!

Adrian

Aerotransport Data Bank says:

Aeromexpress ceased operation in 2004, but expecting restart in 2006 (not yet).

Ryan Intnal ceased all cargo operations. Now they operates only 737 for Gold Transportation and Funjet Vacations.

I removed both in Compile section, because Aerounion has the same rotes.

Excuse my english, and I hope this help

VLM Airlines - ARJ - Avro RJ70

Air Astana - AR8 - Avro RJ85

Air One - ATR42/72

In the previous assignments thread (FW05) Air Astana AR8 is Uzbekistan Airways and Air One ATR is Italy First. I don't know about VLM, but why do you suppose that it's RJ70 or is it just your guess?

The new schedule shows vlm operating a Rj70 from london city to luxembourg.  I looked at the vlm website and they only operate the fokker f50.

Thanks!

I think that the Air One ATR is now operated by Avanti Air, as announced on their website (scroll down to December 2005 New Contracts):

http://jkbserv1.de/avantiair/site/pflege/News.jsp?sprache=en

According to Wikipedia, Italy First has stopped flight operations:

Thanks Matthew for the correction.

So this means that Avanti Air operates for both Meridiana and Air One?

Air Nepal International leases it's B767-300 from Pb Air.

Also: Alitalia B767-200 and B767-400 are odd ones. I've assigned B767-300 to both of them.

Does anyone still know anything about Air China A340-200 or Vlm Airlines Avro RJ?

Alitalia does not operate B764, only the B763.  In some of the reservation systems, along with B763 you will see an equipment types of B762 and B764 listed.

The listings for B762 are ex Air Canada B763s
The listings for B763 are standard Alitalia B763s
The listings for B764 are standard Alitalia B763s that have been reconfiged.

Confusing, huh?

There's one in PAI by Hernan. It's the sixth last one in the Saab340 menu (currently).

Anyone know if a polynesianblue.com winglets repaint is floating around?  I am currently using the polynesian aardvark 737-800 repaint in substitution now.

Does anyone have a repaint for the Mahan Air MD80?

Also, Iran Aseman Airlines is shown operating a 737.  I think this is a codeshare with another airline that operates to bishkek, kyrgyzstan and dushanbe, tajikistan  Any ideas?
