The flightplans will work in UT if you import them, but you must create a NEW airline called say "WESTJET Ltd" using the ICAO airline code for Westjet. When you compile de-select the OLD WestJet and Select the NEW Westjet, if you just import the flightplans using the default Westjet in UT you will just ADD the flights to the current schedule leading to duplicated flights.
