Hello Everyone,

I've been playing around with UT2 and P3Dv4.2 and for the most part I have it working but with several glitches. The first thing I want to solve is the addon launch. For some reason I cannot get P3D to launch UT2, yet if I launch UT2 services exe from the desktop shortcut, UT2 will load, inject AI aircraft into the sim and place itself in the addon menu. (very bizzarre) After spending a lot of hours trying to solve, I now turn to the forum for ideas. Listed below are my configuration files.

(exe.xml)

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="Windows-1252"?>

<SimBase.Document Type="Launch" version="1,0">
<Descr>Launch</Descr>
<Filename>exe.xml</Filename>
<Disabled>False</Disabled>
<Launch.ManualLoad>False</Launch.ManualLoad>

<Launch.Addon>
<Disabled>False</Disabled>
<ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>
<Name>UT2</Name>
<Path>I:\Prepar3D_v4_Professional_4.2.21.24048\Flight One Software\Ultimate Traffic 2\UT2Services.exe</Path>
<NewConsole>\True<NewConsole>
</Launch.Addon>

</SimBase.Document>

(UT2settings.cfg)

[Main]
FSX cfg File Location =C:\Users\Eds I7\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\fsx.cfg
FSX Location=I:\Prepar3D_v4_Professional_4.2.21.24048

(fsx.cfg)

[MAIN]
User Objects=Airplane, Helicopter, Submersible, ExternalSim, Avatar
LabelsSupported=Airplane, Helicopter
ShowInfoText=1
Location=440,129,1480,908,\\.\DISPLAY1
Maximized=2
HideMenuNormal=0
HideMenuFullscreen=1
SimObjectPaths.0=SimObjects\UT2 Aircraft
[PANELS]

To the best of my knowledge , all configuration files are in their proper places.
If you can spot anything wrong with the above, please let me know.

Thanks Much

Ed Burton

EDIT:Got it working.
