Wonder if you can assist.
Suddenly, i am now getting ATC sound during my flight which cuts out the engine sound in flight, with ATC instructions being broadcast. In P3D V4.5 / Win 10 - I have the ATC flags unchecked, but still the sound continues. Any idea where in UT where the flag is to disable this option? Thank you

No exactly sure what you mean by ATC flags etc. Can you be more specific? As far as I am aware, UTL does not have any ATC options per se. All ATC is controlled through the sim itself.
