I am sorry that I have not been able to give as much time to administering the Forum recently as I would wish, due to my wife having to undergo a long and difficult treatment for cancer (which hopefully is successful), and also my own health.

Nevertheless, I still visit the UT Forum daily, and do my best to keep it running smoothly.

In addition, my trusty old computer finally gave up the ghost and has had to be replaced. I haven't had time to load FSX or UTLive yet, so I can't join in the technical discussions, except relying on memory, which isn't what it was.

My wife has thankfully recovered from her cancer, but was in hospital for a few weeks with other health issues. She is home now, and is much better.

I have several chronic health conditions, but I still visit the Forum at least once a day. Generally I limit my interventions to forum administration, and leave it to others, including some Flight 1 staffers, and the more knowledgeable Forum members, to give technical advice when requested.

I do run UTLive quite frequently, and also fire up FSX (Gold Edition) plus Acceleration occasionally. I also have Airport Design Editor, which comes in useful to look at airport facilities.

My utlive doesn't open up, it gets me the massage "utlive encountered an error during startup that will not allow it to run".

What a bizarre post. Obviously one can't file legal documents on a forum. Only in court. You have no basis for a claim since there was no date specified in the sales posts.

I have this product, but I have been trying forever to get approved as a licensed user so I can get support. can you please help, this has taken forever and I'm having issues with UTLive making gates available at certain airports and it appears that Fsdreamteam is blaming Flight1 for these issues.

By the way, I really think that this "Licensed User" access model for support really takes away from your good product. If the forum cant automatically identify licensed users, then I think it is not worth the issues.

Can you please respond to the prior post at your convenience? I understand the family issues, but I joined in April and still have not been able to access support.

If that doesn't work please send a ticket to Flight 1 via their website.
Flight 1 needs to register your UTLive to prevent some users who obtain pirated copies then try to get support when it doesn't work properly.

I'm sorry that I have not been available to give much time to administer the forum recently.
I have just been discharged from hospital, having undergone surgery in preparation for dialysis, and will be having many visits to hospital as part of my training, as I will be carrying out the procedure at home.
I hope to be able to continue monitoring the Forum, but will not have much time to use UTLive or FSX.
I will have to confine my visits to administering the forum, and will have to leave technical help to others.
